Oct 13, 2023 - The Planning and Zoning Commission has one open positions. If you are interested in serving please fill out an application and return it to City Hall. You must reside within the city limits of Tioga in order to serve on the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Texas Government Code, Chapter 252 gives you the right to access government records. To obtain information, submit your written request by mail, fax, email or in person. You may use your own form or the public information request form provided by City Hall.
We charge the costs provided by the Texas Administrative Code for research and copies of information. You will also be required to pay any costs associated with delivery of the information (postage, etc.).
The City strives to fill all request for disclosure of public information within ten (10) working days, however, due to personnel demands, schedules and the storage location of the records there may be occasions when the disclosure of records may take time.
