May 11, 2022 - Any swimming pool that holds 24 inches or more of water must be surrounded by a barrier (fence). You must obtain a permit before constructing or installing any swimming pool (above-ground or in-ground) that holds 2,500 gallons or more of water. Sep 15, 2021 - The City of Tioga adopted Fiscal Year 2021-2022 budget which will raise more revenue from property taxes that last year's budget by an amount of $45,405, which is an 11.86 percent increase from last year's budget. The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $17,680.
