  The Jury Trial scheduled for April 22, 2025 has been cancelled. Jurors who received summons do not need to appear.

• Apr 09, 2025 -

  Any swimming pool that holds 24 inches or more of water must be surrounded by a barrier (fence). You must obtain a permit before constructing or installing any swimming pool (above-ground or in-ground) that holds 5,000 gallons or more of water.   The City of Tioga has adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year’s tax rate. The proposed tax rate will effectively be raised by 33.12 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100.000 home by approximately $98.53.
