Residents

Residents of Tioga enjoy the charm and values of a small town while being close enough to enjoy the amenities of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex.

New Residents will want to visit the Utilities page for  the phone numbers you need to setup your utilities. You can also find the information for signing up for E-Bill and E-Pay on the Utilities page.

We encourage our residents to use the CODE RED link in quick links to sign up for emergency notifications from Grayson County.  When signing up, click the box to receive general messages and you will be able to receive non-emergency messages from the City of Tioga. General messages  contain information on City related issues such as scheduled water outages and street closings for repairs.

Tioga residents can get a FREE Pilot Point Community Library Card! Take a current photo I.D. and proof of current address to the library located at 324 S. Washington Street, Pilot Point, Texas.

The Whitesboro News Record is the official paper for the City of Tioga.

In addition to the City’s mosquito spraying program, which runs from May through October, we encourage our citizens to practice mosquito bite prevention.

For animal control, please contact All American Dogs, 972-382-3647 during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
