The City of Tioga adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last years tax rate. The proposed tax rate will effectively be raised by 8.05 percent and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100.000 home by approximately $32.88.

APPLICATIONS ARE STILL BEING ACCEPTED. The City of Tioga has received a HOME Program Contract #RSP 2020-0017 from the TDHCA. The RSP includes contracts for Housing Rehabilitation Assistance and Housing Assistance with New Construction. Click here for details.
